What we can help with
Bugs, browser quirks, wrong or unclear wording, and devices the picker should know about. A bug report is most useful with your browser name and version, your operating system, and which tool you were using. On this site the best bug report is usually the page's own link: the seed, palette, and device ride the address bar, so copying the URL from the maker or the gallery sends the exact wallpaper you were looking at — the same recipe renders identically here, which turns "it looks wrong" into something checkable.
Corrections to the size charts are welcome and taken seriously. Every resolution in the device table was cross-checked against two independent published sources before it shipped, so the most useful correction names a published source that disagrees — with that in hand, the entry can be re-verified against the same standard it was built to.
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover anything, because nothing is kept. There are no accounts here, no saved wallpapers, and no server that ever received one — everything renders in your browser and stays there. The good news is that on this site nothing is truly lost: any wallpaper can be re-rendered, identically, from its recipe link. If you made something you like, keep the link; it is the wallpaper.
We cannot see your photos. The depth-effect checker and the tint matcher read photos inside your browser only. No copy exists anywhere but your device, so there is no support route that involves us looking at one — which is exactly how the tools are meant to work.
Please don't email us photos
The photo tools are built so that no one, including us, ever sees your pictures — emailing one to us defeats that for no benefit. If something went wrong with a photo tool, describe what you saw and what the readout said; if something went wrong with a generated wallpaper, the recipe link demonstrates the problem better than any attachment could.
If you do email us, we use your address only to reply, and we don't add you to any list. Our privacy policy covers the rest.
